Whole Wheat Chakki Fresh Atta

Atta is an Indian whole wheat flour used to make flatbread. Fresh Atta originating from the Indian Sub-Continent was traditionally ground using stone grinders called Chakki. Our whole wheat flour is produced from high-quality grains using traditional means resulting in an extremely fine texture.

Refined Wheat Flour (Maida)

This is a finely milled and refined all-purpose flour used widely in kitchens. It is referred to as 'Maida' in the Indian Sub-Continent. We provide three qualities of refined wheat flour.

Gram Flour (Besan)

Our gram flour (or Besan) is prepared from good quality split chickpea lentils or 'Chana dal" as it is referred to in the Indian subcontinent. These Indian chickpeas are similar to the Garbanzo beans available in the west. We primarily deal with 4 qualities of gram flour of which 3 listed below are for exports.

Semolina (Rawa)

Semolina or Rawa (as it is called in the Indian Sub-Continent) is made from grinding good quality husked wheat grains. We provide two grades of Semolina.
